Dinner shows run in every capital in Europe. A room cut into the Sacromonte hillside, an hour in borrowed shoes on a wooden floor, and a guitar recital with no dancer at all do not.
Flamenco in a Sacromonte cave
The Sacromonte caves were homes long before they were venues: whitewashed rooms cut into the hillside above Granada, low ceilings, chairs down both walls and a strip of floor between them. Zambra is the local form and it plays closer to a family party than a recital. Most bookings include the walk up from the Albayzin, which matters more than it sounds on the map.

Flamenco in Spain runs late, seats are rarely numbered, and dinner is a separate ticket.
First sittings start around eight, the good ones nearer ten, and a last set can finish after midnight. Most rooms seat in arrival order rather than by seat number, so the ticket buys you the room and turning up early buys you the front of it. If you want to eat, book the menu with the show. The drink included in the price is a drink, not a meal. Photography is usually stopped once the guitar starts.
